We have over 25 clients, they keep posting projects, and we need programmers and designers to bid on them. So far we have over 50 programmers/designers, and we need more.

I am also open to any suggestions or idea you might have.

this is a "reverse" bid isn't it? because we give a price and they pay US. I don't wanna pay them lol. So you want coders to post their estimates for the scripts that are posted?

Exactly. They post a project, and give a range, say $100-$500, you programmers and designer 'bid'.. give your price.
And buyers choose the best programmers, or the best price, depending on the type of person

Oh and I forgot to mention.. fees for programmers are 0%! and 3% for buyers.
