Any way I can get an Apache/MySQL/PHP package for windows with the GD libraries available? Is there one out there that comes with it, or is it possible to add it as an extension later? Up till now I've been editing files in place on the server, but that account will shortly die (It was while I was at Uni), so I'll probably resort to developing and testing locally before uploading when I'm done.

Never mind, I went and downloaded xampp and even though it didn't say anywhere that it came with GD, the PHP installation that comes with it has GD compiled in.
