i need help, i need to figure out the way how to retrive information from cvs, (well i know it can be read by excell), then put it in mysql and have the information inside of that change the numbers in database...

i have a publisher who gives me reports in CVS... I need to find out a way to get that information, upload it to mysql, and give credit to every user ID according to whats in it... understand me? automaticaly, so i dont have to do everything manually...
