I don't know if this is the right forum to ask this question.
I have this php script which I need to test a little more and I don't feel like uploading edited file each time I've edited it. I wanted to set up some kind of local server. I mean I want to have my script on my hard drive and be able to browse it without uploading it to my server. Do you guys know how can I make that happen?

I use EasyPHP to test my scripts on my computer.

It's basiclly a progarm you run and it configs Apache, PHP, and MySql for you.

Or XAMPP: http://www.apachefriends.org/en which I used and runs on most OSes.
It runs Apache, PHP 4 & 5 (switchable) +PEAR, MySQL, SQlite, PHPmyadmin, perl,...

I'm with Orodeth....XAMPP is really useful.
