Hi,
I am creating a website and I want users to be able to do the following things, but I do not know whats the best way about dong it;
1. Upload pictures which will require admin approval. Users can then vote on these pictures, at the nd of each month the winner is idsplayed at the top for example.
2. A news feature, where you can write can article and submit it (basically without having to upload via ftp) I would also like the articles to be sorted by date.
I am looking for any software or code that I can implement into my site to do these things, Or if anyone can do the above at a reasonable price Iwuld be interested.
