Can anyone recommend a good book on PHP MYSQL and CSS for novice wanting to go professional?

Hi Dan,

as far as css goes, I would recommend 'Eric Meyer on CSS: Mastering the Language of Web Design'. Very good book that.

Anything by Eric Meyer on css will be a good book. His site is http://www.meyerweb.com/

There are lots of good php and mysql books either together or separately. I prefer books by O'rielly http://www.oreilly.com/ and Developers Library (a division of Sams) http://www.developers-library.com, but both are really just personal preference.
