Hello,
First of all, I'm a newbie in PHP haha.. But actually now I'm in progress of learning it, rite now I'm using E-Book from Hudzilla (http://www.hudzilla.org/phpbook/) what do you guys think? Is that a good starter for newbie? Do you guys have any books suggestions? Rite now I want to learn PHP and ASP, but may be I'll just do PHP for the first shot. Please help and guidance from da mastah! Thank you

An excellent book I have recently bought is PHP, MySQL and Apache by Julie C. Meloni from WHSmiths. This book has dramaticly speed up my progress. ($34.99 USA, $49.99 CAN, £24.99 NET UK)

PHP.net manual and the hundereds of exact copies are very easy to use and useful but the MySQL manual is useless.

There are a lot of decent PHP tutorials online as well. Just google PHP Tutorials.
Concentrate on one language, it's always easier that way (choose PHP over ASP, ASP is a heavier, clunkier language, though useful in many respects).
I actually find the online MySQL manual excellent, but different strokes!
