try to test the PHP code but i keep getting error message can some one help me please dont know what im doing wrong.

Did you edit the script to remove your sql username and password? The error you're getting is an authentication error.

In windows (if you haven't created the mysql user, yet), you have to open the mysql admin and add a user w/password, then edit the script with the appropriate username/password.
