Whenever I click a link on my navigaton bar, the index.php page refreshes but it stays on the news.html page...

I clicked every link on my site but it just refreshes and stays on the same page..

Anyone know what can be the problem?

It was working well a few hours ago, but my host's server went beserk. Maybe there's a connection?
