i never had a problem with connection cuz i was using someone a my host, but now i'm using dreamwever and i'm trying to make a testing site on my computer.. i got WAMP installed and everything and i set up a database, made a name and gave my self all the privalage and a password.. but still when i try to connect i get this ||Access denied for user 'ODBC'@'localhost' || what i'm doing wrong?

How are you connecting when you get the error?

1. Browser (http://localhost/phpmyadmin)
2. Browser (http://localhost/your_site)
3. Dreamweaver via ftp to your test site?
4. PHP connection file
5. Other

I have WAMP installed on my local using Windows XP. Located in c:\server directory. I'm using GoLive, but the concept should be the same. For me to get into my test sites via GoLive, my FTP is set up by file structure: c:\server\site_folder.
