Avatars and sig show out of Range

Im new at this and Just had a new website put up. Its a phpnuke page . the problem is getting the sigs and avaters to show. I gave rites to show but when submit it says out of range even the deffault avatars from the nuke folder. here my still to be constructed site as is now http://www.gs-hq.net

what does out of range mean? In what context are they out of range?

Thanks for responce.

That happens when in my profile setting default avatar and rite after submit it comes up with out of range on next page above my profile as OI need to resumit with some avatar in range I guess.

The only things i can think of is;
1. Make sure all the folders that contain avatars are chmod to the correct permissions (probably need 777)
2. Make sure your avatar file size and image size are big enough. You can change this in your admin panel.

ok 777 is full rights in linux which would be in cpanal, correct. Yes or no.

And I did incresae the avatars 200x200 to 300x300 but not the pixel amount which is almost 10,0000.

I do appreciate the help as I guy that put the page together for me has not responed back to me so I here getting help from you as I'm new to phpbb .

Where just trying to put together gaming clan website.

yeah 777 is full permissions

I can't think of anything else it could be, I looked on google but there doesn't seem to be any info on it.
