Just wondering how I would go about this.. Basicly I need it so that it selects say, the last 10 rows in the table EXCEPT FOR the last 3 (or whatever number)

This is what you want i think

Somthing like:
"SELECT * FROM tablename WHERE condition ORDER BY order_arg LIMIT 7 OFFSET 3"
