I have an application page which I created the Application.php page and have a SubmitApplication2.php page and then the ThankYou.htm page for the application on a secure site(which only has these pages and the needed images on it. It is on an apachee surver. When I test it I fill in the required fields and then click the submit button and i then get the ThankYou.htm page. which to me means all the required fields have been filled out and the code on the SubmitApplication2.php was accepted. BUT I DO NOT RECIEVE ANY EMAIL. Could you help me out and look at my code and see what I am doing wrong. Please email me at webmaster@nchosp.org. Thank you.
