I created the Application.php (attached asApplication.txt) and a SubmitApplication2.php page attached as (SubmitApplication2.txt) (the attached Applicfation.zip file) and then the ThankYou.htm page for the application on a secure site(which only has these pages and the needed images on it). It is on an apache surver. When I test it I fill in the required fields and then click the submit button and I then get the ThankYou.htm page. which to me means all the required fields have been filled out and the code on the SubmitApplication2.php was accepted. BUT I DO NOT RECIEVE ANY EMAIL. Could you help me out and look at my code and see what I am doing wrong. Thank you.
