Someone is hacking my site (I have site ruining on joomla!), and my hosting company (company where my site is hosted) suspended my account and sad that they have to see way is that happening and that they need 2 days for that, is that normal?

It's abnormal! with suspend cases, hosting provider alway send email to notice about your expired hosting. Maybe you lost your hosting password (ftp, cpanel...) or your homepage was defaced! Contact your web hosting company as soon as possible!

I did and they sad I had been hacked and that is the reason of their server crash so they needed 2 days to see 'whats going on' and finally now they put my site back online, I really dont like the fact that my site have been suspended for 2 days

Joomla has some rather nasty remote file include and other exploits; thanks in part to Mambo. Your host is protecting other clients on the server which are also at risk via your site. Although suspension is rather draconian.

Be carefull using open source cms.
Or you should find update info about the hole of the cms that you are using
