I am looking for a UK based PHP coder to help me get a project off the ground. I can handle the design work myself but would like a PHP Guru to bring my site to life 
I am financing this website myself and have some money put aside to pay a PHP coder, however I would be more interested to exchange some services, or work with the coder to build a site up together.
