I have a website that I need some coding finished on.
I had someone that was helping me but he is now not able to continue due to school.

Here is what I need completed:
Make ads rotate and show up the same number of times on the right, center and left side of the site. (I am able to add banners but at this time only 5 show up on the right and none showing up on the left. I am supposed to be able to add multiple banners and have all banners rotate and show up the same number of times)
Make banner ads show up on left hand side ( I would like to have 10 banners on the left under "Sponsors")
I need a box under the Amazing Bargains that will display the last 5 Online deals that are posted on the forums (this will need to show up on all pages)
Add expiration dates to banner ads ( I need these to showing up in the rotation when it expires, at this time I have no way to add an expiration date. I am having to manually remove them when they expire)
Ad spaces for multiple coupon, merchant and banners to be added at one time. (At this time I can only add one at a time and I normally have to add several for each merchant at a time, so this is pretty time consuming)
Remove expiration date from Main page ( The Expiration date is showing up on the index page and I dont want it there. the only place I want the ex. date showing up is on each merchant page.)
Merchant Deal Description (The way I would like it to look)
Coupon Code: (I want the code I enter to be Bold, not linked)
Expiration Date
(So in reality I would like to enter them and see them on the site as
Coupon Description (this would be linked from the Coupon link)
Coupon link
Coupon code
Expiration date
and have them show up in this format instead of it all running together on one line)
Fix it so keywords work on Forums (The keywords are in the database but not working on the forums)
I need a box on the left to also say Deal of the Day! above the the Amazing Bargains. There I will list up to 4 Images and will need to add a description that is linked. ( I would like the link to centered) So I would need a place in the portal admin to add an image,text (this would be linked), link to the database so it would show up.
On the Free Stuff page (Listed in the categories) I want it to show the last 20 Freebies posted on the forums. (this will be in the middle)
Also all items I enter into the database need to show up under the Forums freebies box, So maybe a box that reads Freebies from our Forums and then the links I add to show under that box
I would like the Words "Use Coupon Code" to be added automatically so I dont have to type it each time when I am entering merchant coupons, and I need it to say "No coupon needed" if I dont enter a coupon code.
Also on expiration date, I would like it to say Undetermined if I dont put a date in. Not all coupon codes have a predetermined expiration date.
I am going to add Expiring Soon to the categories, I need it coded so that anything expiring in a 2 week period will show up there automatically.
I also need the banner ad rotation to and Deal of the day ads to show on the left side of my forums.
Last but not least I need the SEO finished, he started it but dont know exactly how far he got and when I go in and look at it, I just dont understand what it is he was doing or how to complete it.
There maybe a couple other things that need to be done as I go but for now that is what I need done.
At this time since the site is just starting to get hits I dont have alot to pay but would be willing to add a small banner or link to the site giving you recognition for your work (FREE ADVERTISING)
