God its got me thinking. The IEA botched up the Iraq intelligence so badly, how do we know they aren't botching this up to. Those reports are always filled with disclaimer cover your *** words like "Probably", "Likely", "Unlikely" etc. Not to mention enriching uranium is the long pole in the tent, and no-one is arguing that they are'nt still doing that. And since China and Russia now say they wont support a diplomatic solution vis-a-vis further sanctions, its probably better to start bombing them immediately. After all, bomb-makers need jobs too, and I don't want to have to be the one to explain to them why they don't have a job anymore.

I know your going to love this answer fast. ICBMs don't need pilots. But you bring up a good point. Russia is a problem as well. Flag planting on the ocean floor on the last great untapped resource zone in the world? Don't they have enough oil in Siberia? It is like they want to put an end to US hegemony by controlling the oil.

Thankfully, they have neither the economy, nor the sack to project real force. And with the US deploying missile shield technology around Europe and the US, their nuclear option is quickly loosing viability. No, they will likely just continue to support states that support terrorism. Its much cheaper and doesn't damage their image as much.

I think I changed my mind on China. They claim to be good communists, and many fear their recent military expenditures. The reality is, they have become soft on western money. Capitalism has infected their nation like a virus. More than likely, you will see them fall into line and aide in propping up western civilization and culture. One could likely rate the stability and predictability of a nation based on how many McDonalds and KFC franchises they host.

If we're worried about dangerous and scary, there's only 1 country in that list that doesn't actually have a nuke, and also isn't trying to build one. But Republicans are the world's biggest FLIP FLOPPERs. Pakistan = anti democracy pro nuke terrorist factory, Bush's best friend, allowed to have nukes. Pakistan sold Iran the centrifuge technology they used in their ancient and bygone nuclear program. By definition Pakistan has shown itself to be more dangerous in the nukleer arena than Iran probably ever will be.

George Bush said in September of 2001 "Either you are with us, or you are with the terrorists." Now since Pakistan is one of his buddies, John are you saying they are with us or with the terrorists? I mean Bush said it and of course anything a Republican president says is true. So don't go trying to say different. They are with "us" so the Pakistan selling nuclear technology to Iran should be hush-hush. Put up a picture of Mushrraf and Bush smiling together. Remember that the mission is accomplished.

I think the commitments in iraq and afghanistan will probably make the decision for them although military action against iran would probably not involve large numbers of ground troops if any.
