If, according to you, there are no facts when it comes to religion, how can you call either those for it or against it delusional? I sometimes use wording like that when I hear people say "Bush Bombed the Twin Towers" for which there is no factual evidence, though there is plenty in opposition. Calling those who believe in god delusional, though your opinion, seems to serve no purpose other than to insult. What If I were to say all Irish are drunks? Pure opinion, no factual evidence, and definitely insulting.

I'm not sure how you can criticize someone elses government, and not expect to have comparisons made. Its like an Atheist who loves to point out there is no factual evidence to prove god exists, but refuses to admit there is no factual evidence that proves he doesn't. You want to talk about race, crime, education, or any other social issue in America, to draw a comparison to Ireland, Russia, England, India or Timbuktu is entirely valid.
