Maybe your not aware Forrest but if you can find one outrageous person who disagrees with your point of view, that proves your point. Obviously you have never learned anything from Bill Oreilly or Sean Hannity.

Oh come on you two. Regardless of your feelings on the war, funny is just funny. I disagree with the handling of the war (more troops were/are needed ... etc) but you don't see me punching cripples.... or do you!

I haven't punched any either and didn't find it funny.

I don't think it was funny, I think it was outrageous.... And I think its pathetic to punch a disabled girl.. What a loser....

If its any consequence, the girl was not seriously injured, and the looser probably now has a felony assault on his record, which means he has severely impacted his ability to get a good job in the U.S.. He would have fared better by joining the Marines.

I thought it was kinda of funny, I mean what was going through that guys mind to say "what the hell, I'll just punch this girl in the wheelchair."

If there was quality reporting, they'd at least try to answer that question - what's going through the man's mind. Obviously they can't give the exact answer, but a decent newspaper would at least provide clues. The NY Post isn't a quality news outlet, though, any more than some dice and eye of newt.

You know I love the "bash the media" topic, so I'll bite on the thread detour. It seems the thread you linked is a blog, not Fox News. It seems the Fox News "quote" in the blog is from a blogger on Fox News Site named Marrecca Fiore, and not posted in general news whatsoever. For the real Fox News link you are looking for, which properly states the girl had re-constructive breast surgery rather than breast augmentation surgery, you can find it here.

Its funny because when you first posted the link to some random blog site, I had no idea what you were accusing Fox of until I saw your posts at the bottom (assuming you are Alexander the Great). It is interesting how quickly real news got mutilated by the bloggers though. I find it rather disheartening since bloggers don't normally print retractions, and are not really held to any journalistic standards.
