The thing is, Republicans seem to think they are doing some noble and righteous work that the Founding Fathers would approve of, by letting the "free" market run everything.

IMO the economy needs regulation from the government to protect the citizens and prevent this sort of thing from happening in the future.

I should of posted both together since they go hand in hand!...
