How Many So-Called "Church-Goers" Actually Live Up to What They Claim They Believe In?
For instance you've got a golden monkey statue that you're praising, singing to and telling it ya love it and asking it to bring you rain for the crops, only to annihilate it the upcoming minute.
I'm gonna put this another way: you've got a golden monkey statue that you're praising, singing to and telling it ya love it and askin it to bring you rain for the crops, only to step on it, smash it to pieces, spit at it and completely destroy it the upcoming minute.
When you slander your neighbor the moment you walk out of a church-door, that is being a blatant hypocrite in the same way a person who claims to be a "peaceful Buddhist monk" and then goes around killing people would be. You would be a hypocrite in the same way that a sworn KKK member who would at the same time uphold black rights would be.
So my question to you is, why bother? Why even bother? Why go to a church building when you know you're not a Christian? Why tell other people that you're a Christian when you know in your heart and in your possible soul that you're not one?
There's a difference between being religious and SAYING that you're religious. I just don't understand why you would SAY you're religious when you're not. What do you have to gain? A little bit of "contrast" in that already entire-lie called your life?
