Are you kidding? They'd love nothing more than to keep it up and use it as a honey pot.

Plus, under law (an "antiquated concept" says our attorney general) it would be the NSA messing with American citizens, not the CIA. Those are supposed to be foreign spooks. And the FBI is supposed to be domestic super-duper cops.
