I want few good links for my site before next PR update.

And plus, Google has to come around to whatever site gives you a link, find it, put it into their database, and then update all their data centers, before you'll see it on your toolbar.

This "urgent I need links" is getting out of hand. Most of the threads I see no say "hurry up"! I think people who don't know English that well think everyone walks around saying "Where's my wages? Hurry up!" or "Can I have << insert long list of posh expensive food here >>. Hurry up!"

They seem to think it's normal to ask for something and shout hurry up, and that this isn't in any way a little rude.
