I've got a number of PR3 content pages on the web development site.
I can also add you article (with a couple of links) on a new page of the site (it will be created especially for your article)
Please read the requirements:
1. pr3+ on the home page;
2. no more than 3 links in an article;
3. the article should be at least 3 paragraphs.
