umm you can place an optional back link to my site if you'd like.. although you don't have to..
Other link/banner options..
if you have any website content or feeds to your site that you'd like displayed on our site then we can let you advertise on other areas of the site including a banner (as long as it fits our site) .. umm if you have any scriptss .. any tools that you think my site could benefit from using from then in return we can offer links back to your site... your name and details .. banners etc.. I also have the right to remove your link without any notice.. if you do link back to me then the chances are your link won't be removed,, if i did remove it i'd contact you and let you know before doing so that you can remove my link, fair
If you do offer any website content which i could use then i'll talk to you individually and probably some sort of contract where as long as that content remains on my site so shall your links and banner
