Hey .. give this guy a chance

.. his site looks like a brand new one and with that design and the inbound links he has already I'm sure that he'll get some PR with the next update .. we all started somewhere, didn't we?

example .. we're doing SEO work mainly for companies in Asia-Pacific .. and because of expanding our business we decided to launch a new site dedicated to SEO .. now using 301 redirects from "old" subpages of our corporate website .. we did this about 10 days ago .. the PR is not updated, but after the update it will be back to PR6 or 7 for sure .. I'd laugh if someone tells me today .. "Sorry but your site should have atleast some PR"
IMHO it's more about quality of a site than the "right now" visible pagerank ...
