I'm looking for people to help kick off a link exchange / directory.

If your site is of a charitable nature, your link is for free otherwise an exchange is necessary.

The benefits:

1) You can choose a suitable keyword / keyphrase for the anchor text (as long as it is relevant)
2) Allowances are made for sub-folders
3) Multiple listings allowed for sites that offer varied content.
4) Links are direct (no form of redirecting is used at all).
5) All links can have a title attribute
6) Although it is yet to be cached by google (should be soon), we encourage PageRank (when it comes) to be passed on to listed sites as much as possible.

What do you mean by "under construction" in the site requirements? I have a site that is frequently updated, and is reviewed by users. Some sections are missing. The majority of the site is functional, though.
