I am setting up a new free templates/fonts/graphics etc site. I have 3 front page link exchanges on offer. Naturally the site has no PR or visits at present, it's not fully operational yet (only uploaded the index page today), but the best PR sites to offer front page text links get the nod. As a bonus I will also offer a free non-reciprocal link from another of my sites, PR5, graphics site ( www.simply-graphics.com ). (links page, not front page). Also, I will add a text link to your site from 50+ pages on the new site. All in return for one link.
