I am willing to pay for link exchange. I am looking for 20 plus links. The links must be on a webpage of pr 4 or better. I do not care about the home page, but the page that is linking to me, must have a PR of 4.

I think because you are paying for links. It might be a good idea to set a cost per click rate then there is incentive for people to make your link prominent. If you go this route i would make sure you have a system to evaluate your clicks to make sure everything is legit.


If you link back to the link partner that traffic should be put into consideration for cpc.

I dont think receiving clicks from the link partner is whats wanted. My guess is that he is seeking links for optimization purposes not to receive clicks.
