We've created a new site on which you can find lots of information, links and downloads about anything to do with hosting, server side scripting (php etc.), hosts and loads more.
The site is of course totally free, and we only list free software, sites etc. We are brand new, so it'll take us a little time to build up our links/downloads etc. the more help we get the better we will be ;-)
We are also looking for link exchange with as many other sites as possible, including banner exchange.
