The link exchanges i was taling about was the partnering sites/forums ect I would add you there but i already have a link to a webmaster site! (webmaster-talk)

Always keeping in mind the following points while you build links for yourself else you can end up getting your website delisted for SPAM.

1. NO LINK FARMS.
2. NO FFA WEBSITES.
3. 100% GENIUNE HTML Links.
4. NO Search Engine Cloakers.
5. No Hidden Links.

Hope this helps you get some nice PR.
