I have a new Myspace resource site www.amyspacelayout.net and am needing some link exchanges. I have no requirements other than the link be sitewide and only myspace/arcade sites. The site is new (3 days old) and has less than 100 uniques a day but I am ramping up the traffic quickly with some 3 way link exchanges. If you only want to do only one then that is ok too. I use a technical team so it will usually take 24-48 hours to get your link up after I get a PM saying you want to and your info. I don't mind putting up links first due to my delay factor but i want to know that there is a deal first, but I will message you when its is up.
