our goal is to accept sites that have actual content.
how many times have you went to a search engine looking for something, found what appeared to be what you were looking for, and it turned out to be nothing more than a poorly designed list of affiliate links, popup after popup, or something else just as useless?
i've had that happen to me plenty of times, and i'm sure you have too.
as far as sites on free hosts go.... if there is quality content, then yes, the site will be accepted, as long as there is no more than one popup. anything beyond that and it's a no go.
our biggest problem right now is getting the word out that we exist. with nothing more than a submittal page, none of the other search engines will list us, and even if they do, we're pretty much buried at the bottom of the heap. and to top it off, even most of the ppc search engines that could provide any type of quality traffic won't list us simply because we're viewed as competition. so as you can see, any help we can get is truly appreciated.

), and it will save me the trouble of finding useless sites (with nothing but affiliate links) or sites so jammed with pop-ups that it wastes my precious time closing them (hehe...I guess sites on most free hosts won't be accepted).
