I am looking for a Webmaster Guru who knows how to get links built, quality link popularity is the most important thing for increase traffic to a site. I am looking immediately looking to hire someone for this and someone who will be a forum guru as well.
I have 4 discussion forums I have been hired to help market, develop, enhance and promote as they are in a network.

What I am looking for is a forum guru, you know that guy or gal that sits there obsessively posts and responds to posts with intelligent and pertinent information that is directly related to the topic, category or post.
Someone who will regularly do internet research and post articles with thoughtful commentary, post quality urls and domains to the forum directory. Someone who will post to each of the four forums daily and obsessively, so when new people arrive they look and see a really active and popular forum.
Someone who will go to other directories on the net and submit the forums, talk with webmasters and others (not spam) to get the link popularity of the forums increased on quality sites and directories.
I am looking for someone affordable and possibly voluntary, let me know how much you want to be paid monthly, and if instead of monetary compensation you would take Free Web Hosting in exchange, Free domain names and other things in those regards.
