I am sona i am doing three way content page link exchange with health related sites with minimum pr-4 .I need minimu pr 3,4,only content page link exchange with rich contents and less out going links .content page has no out bound links and you will have more exposure .google spiders can crawl the text in the content page easily .It will be a natural way of linking.
