I'm building a link farm. So far I have dozens of MySpace profiles set up, 75 Blogger accounts, and in the ballpark of 300 GeoCities web sites. Plus I know about a lot of smaller wikis - less traffic means less spam detection! I've traded links from my farm for links in peoples' signatures, pointing at a bunch of sites in the farm. I even have it listed under "External Links" in Wikipedia, under "link farm" and under "web spam."

So here's what I'm going to do. If you want ONE-WAY LINKS, I'm the guy to talk to. For a one-time-only setup fee of $85 and then $50 per text link, I'll give you all the IBLs you could ever need, with anchor text of your choosing. I also have a program that fake clicks, it pretends to be IE 6 and requests a web page a whole bunch of time - watch your counter start to fly!

Of course I'm kidding. This would be totally immoral. But it would also be totally useless. All links are not created equal. Some are worthless. Caveat Emptor.

ROTFLMAO -- are you serious, or do you have "drain-bamage"??? Guess again, Sweetheart ... "EXPERIENCED WEBMASTERS" don't mess around with Link Farms!!!

OK, I think the two mods made their point with useless posts like this. Any more and we run the risk of this place looking like spam haven just by the thread titles alone.

Unfortunately many do and some even build their own

I'm not a mod. I'm just the guy who started this really weird form of guerrilla warfare.

Still, I think keeping the odd one fresh once in a while can't hurt. We just have to go easy on it.
