I am from GetSomeSoft.com, the shareware archive. I have PR5 on www.getsomesoft.com and PR4 on getsomesoft.com (without www), also I have 12-14k unique visitors/day (means 24-28k page views). I can place a link to your site either on my links page only (PR4) or on both links page and front page.
Specially for those guys who may become disappointed by the popup - you are looking for PR, not coming visitors. I can say with sure that hardly 1% of visitors will leave GetSomeSoft through this link, because they all come from Google looking for software downloads, not for related websites. But Google itself doesn't see this popup, it just crawls, indexes and recalculates.
