Report PM or Email Spam

Hey,
I got this email in my PM area:

"an email has been sent to you from our company.. please respond ASAP before something happens. thank you"

Anyone know if that is spam. It looks like one of the emails I've received in my outlook once...

Thanks. I don't want to reply until someone can tell me if that is spam.

hello,

it has been sent to you by me because you spoke to me on IM and we did a menu for you! you said you were gonna pay that afternoon and we sent you emails and you did not reply.. thats the reason i sent you this PM.. chat logs, the email you send to our company's email address with the order and what not.. have everything.. so this is definately not considered to be spam.
