Its a big dream but is there anything out there that allows for advertisers who want to submit an ad to your site to fill out a form, provide a graphic, url and payment all at once?

Then once the publisher approves the campaign and clicks approved, the ads start to show up in rotation?

I use an ad rotation software and its fine. I just thought it would be good to have some sort of system that handles more of this on the advertisers side of thing.

I'm not sure this is what I'm talking about because I don't see a payment feature for advertisers on my site. This looks like its an advertising management system by someone else on my site?

I want something on my site that if an advertiser wants an ad in zone 1, they can fill out a form, add their creative graphic, add their url, submit their payment and it would be put into rotation on zone 1 when I approve the campaign.

adpeeps and adman have that feature I believe. I am currently using adpeeps and client can make purchase from media kit, after payment redirected to advertiser sign up form where they can setup their account and their ads. They can login any time to view the stats or change their campaign.
