Sure, we all want to make money doing this, but why are you really doing it? What are your future goals should you get into the High Earners club?

For example, I have a good paying job with a Fortune 25 company. I am elligible for a pension and a nice 401k with matching funds. I could easily work here the rest of my life and retire with a stable income.

However, I long for a chance to live where ever I want and not be tied to a job. I also want to be able to take summer long vacations with my family, even if it means I have to spend some time doing work to keep things going.

My goal is to create Cash Flow that will sustain a lifestyle my regular job can not afford me so I can have more time with my family.

Whats your goal?

My goals are similar to yours. Although I don't have a family, I'll eventually have a girlfriend and I would like the chance to offer her long vacations around the world.

I just wish to be independant of fortune and able to travel as much as I want without being afraid of losing my job or stuff like that.

I can't travel now for monetary reasons as well as health problems but if I can solve the money problem, I'm pretty sure I will be able to move on from the health one.

I want to earn a shed load of money online but that is more of an intangible dream than a goal. I have therefore set myself a shorter term goal and that is to get one or two sites working well and hopefully get out of debt before I move onto the next step.

my goal is to never have to work for anyone in my life. I am 32 and have never had a job! I everything I have done has been for myself. Not real good with taking orders and making others rich!

Maybe you should try a job - you might like it if you have never tried it before! :winkiss:

I am trying to make enough money while I am in High School so I can pay for my College tuition. I am planning to go to a UC and I will have to pay for it. =(

My goal is to be able to work whenever I want from wherever I want and for myself, having multiple streams of income and not custom clients. I'm looking to be prepared and unworried for the time I'll have a family, wife and children.

Everybody knows that real money gives you freedom, and that real money is made not by working but doing bussiness.

Money dosen't give you freedom. Society gives money the power to do almost whatever you want. That's different

Anyway, all I see here is realistic goals and people with good goals.

Keep up the good work, y'all

I'd like to be a founder, or at least a VP of a popular startup by the age of 30. Everything that I do from now until then - is all practice, and experience for when I am ready to invest and start up my own business.

Usually you'll need money not only for things you don't need but for things you couldn't live without like food and a home. Call it money or whatever, but when you're depending on your time for that value you're not really free. And you're right, it's actually not the money but time availability what gives you freedom. Money it's just a needed piece on the equation.

Money may not give you freedom, but Cashflow does.

What is cashflow you ask?

Cashflow is when you are making money even when you are not working. This is the beauty of being in business on the Internet. No matter what you are doing, you are making money.

Large amounts of Cashflow give you financial freedom.
