Hey hey-

I'd like to see how you pros wrap your head around this scenario:

I have a media product that is targeted to a very specific genre'. For example only, we'll say it's a training video and accompanying book for left-handed female golfers. It is professioinally done and the packagaing looks great. The kit sells for $125.00.

We have a site called "LadyLeftyGolfers.com" (not really, this is just an example, kids) and the ad copy on the site is strong and compelling.

* I have $1000 to drive initial traffic to the site*

I understand the basics of SEO and know that it's best to drive organic traffic to keep costs down.

But how would you clever folks spend my $1000? Google ads? Buy an ad in an on-line golf magazine? Sign up affiliates?

Thanks for playing along... I'm learning a great deal here and appreciate your brain power.

I think PPC traffic would be the best bet.

Right on, thanks. Google? Any recommendations outside of the big G? Obviously, I would want to find sites that target female golfers. Are there (good) companies that can drill down like that?

Starting your own CPA affiliate program for golf bloggers (i believe there's actually one on this forum) would be my recommendation.
