I'm confused. If a publisher just signs up thru my referral, Do I earn $25 rigt away?

Sounds like a way to get rich quick, and these methods usually don't pan out for the majority of people interested in making money. But good luck.

You have to wait 7 days after they sign up through your link. And **** they are amazing. So far it's looking like I might hit $700 this month from TLA..
