We are all aware of the common practice of responding to someone's post or commenting on something simply to get our link on their page.

http://www.successpart2.com/

You all should know of Steve Pavlina. Steve's a pretty successful blogger. Steve wrote an excellent article outlining his 10 reasons for not wanting a job. I referenced his article on my blog and wanted to comment on his site to get a few new visitors. Hum, comments are closed. So, I sent Steve a message. Telling him the truth and he posted my comment for me. Thank you Steve. The point? Truth and respect still works.

all the best...

Smart people build systems that generate income 24/7, especially passive income. This can include starting a business, building a web site, becoming an investor, or generating royalty income from creative work.

Two words about passive income: Real Estate

If you don't own any and you are at least in your 20's, it's time to get serious and build your future.

That's an excellent article. It makes me sad and want to quit my job. I suppose everything rings true for someone who doesn't enjoy their job. But making money in the easiest way possible isn't the goal of like, IMHO. Sometimes you have to work at a job you don't like as a stepping stone to get to a point in your career where the things you do *are* rewarding.

Most people got rich in their spare time, Dell made it in his university dorms, while Hewellett Packard started in a garage. You don't have to quit your job, you can start building your internet-properties in your free time and see where it goes =).
