Myspace is far from being too oversaturated. It's like saying the ringtone market is too saturated.

The pie is huge, there's always a slice left.

Ringtones have been around for almost a decade. Myspace has only been popular for a yar. there is sooo much potential left.

you can still make money from myspace. in a few days i am relaunching my site and hope to push traffic to 5000 uniques in a few weeks.

$6500 for a site that must be an established site, care to post a link to the sale thread?

The site that was selling at digitalpoint only got traffic because it ranked decent for the term 'myspace layouts'. The reason it ranked well is because he pointed some coop weight at it. I would never buy a site that depends on coop weight.

That is a very competitive term. It is very hard to rank well for it. Wtih good SEO it could take years to rank top 10 for it because there are tons of myspace layout sites.

you know a lot of guys who run myspace sites know nothing about SEO so i dont think its as competitive as other niches.

maybe for example by doing a link command : and then click any sites that come up for it , and look in the footer for 5 - 6 links nicely together. : P
