Just put up google adsense and was wondering what you guys thought about the placement. I used the same colors on the website as to blend in the ads or should I use colors that make it stand out.

The nice thing about this mod is that the ads a collapsible, so far I've had 700 impressions and 13 clicks.

Thanks for your suggestions!

I like it. I think personally I would make the actual link color stand out a little bit more

I'm thinking I want to put the ad between where the forums end and where it shows online users ("Whats Going On")

Any Idea on where I place the code for this forumdisplay?

blend it in more so that the border has the same color as the background. Maybe place a link unit below the navigation thingie (where it says register and so on)

Exactly what I was going to say. Lose the dark orange border on top - it'll blend in better.

I think the placement is well placed. But if I were you, I'd remove the border and the 'advertise on this site' link.

Digg is undoubtedly one of the 'premeir advertisers' at google, and hence has special permissions to modify the display of their ads that us mere mortals don't have.
