Okay, so I have a few undeveloped domains which I would like to somehow monetize. I'm still new to this so I was wondering if any experienced person would like to pair up with me and show me how to earn money from ground 0. This includes getting me into those affiliate programs (Azoogle, HydraMedia, etc.) I will do the coding portion, and I am eager to learn how to promote, manage and optimize my site. I will share profits 50:50 with you.

I think you mean domains, not sites?

For RomStash, I think you can do a directory website where you link to websites that host ROMs.
