I just received an email expressing interest to buy link on my site. How ould you advice I approach it?

Look at the site, how much they might be ready to pay. And how your site can look in their eyes.

Did they ask you how much traffic you have on that page? If they are not digging into details - you can ask anything you wish.

Well they did not disclose their site but ask about my price for link.

I did email back to ask for more information about their site so keeping my fingers crossed.

There's not much advice to give as the decision is entirely up to you. How much do you think a link on your website is worth? You can base that on your traffic and your rankings.

You should also just consider thinking about setting a flat-rate somewhere on your website so that future potential advertisers can find it.
