I have tried several scripts, but want to automate things as much as possible. I am looking for a script to run all the backend stuff on a membership site. ie. suspending unpaid accounts, automatic signup, confirmations etc.
Anyone have any recommendations?

The category will be ebooks/software membership site adding new products for the members monthly.

I highly recommend aMember. It's easy for your programming team to customize, and it automates all the accounting stuff.

You can do free trials, autoresponders, etc... flexible... good tool.
