Ive just got back of holiday and noticed that nothing seems to have happened in regards to the competition that was being formulated a week or so back, where a high earner would pair up with a non-earner. What happened to it?

What competition are you talking about? I must have missed this one. As a non-earner, I'm quite open to it, of course.

Yeah, it never went through heh.. Not enough teams, no prizes, nothing to make it very competive.

Everybody's too busy with their own projects. We need someone to set it up and lay everything out though. I wanna pair up with a 50ker

hoang thats why it wouldnt work, you would be considered an earner because you earn more than average, but im sure everyone earning under 20k monthly would love to pair up with a 50k+ earner. I would be happy to set everything up, but i couldnt provide a prize etc

Slevin, Lee said he was looking into how to make "it" the competition work. I am not sure what that means, but that is why it died.

Lee mentioned that he was talking to me about it. I might have to see how many people would be interested in doing such a game / competition. Maybe have two versions of it. (depending on time spent, etc)

But I'm still formulating ideas for it.

I'm up for this "competition" for sure.

I run a blogging for profit site (www.cwire.org) with about 100,000 monthly visitors. It would be a GREAT item to blog about and inform other users of the community here at EF.com

Just wanted to mention that any "bigger" earners wanting to pair up with me, just PM me and we can chat. Perhaps we could keep a record of our joint efforts on my site. This site has already been featured in Forbes (April 4, 2006 issue) and Red Herring magazine and a competition like this might be picked up by the media again.
